"Excellent school that uses adaptive learning models while instilling discipline and confidence. All of the instructors are outstanding leaders who know how to command a class while pivoting to other techniques as the needs of the class change. I tend to scrutinize leadership and instruction technique but I'm routinely impressed by this group. No matter the class size or age range of their peers, both of my kids learn something and are never left behind if they're struggling. I have two young kids in different classes and they love it. It isn't a bunch of memorizing useless forms. The forms they do learn are practiced focusing on individual movements and technical competency. Every student is taught practical self defense which I haven't experienced at other karate schools. They also spar with and without weapons and practice individually with chucks and a bow staff which is really fun. Sparring isn't about beating on your opponent in this school. They teach how to make precision, rapid strikes that are beneficial in a point-based competition. On a personal level, I appreciate what this school has done for my girls. The confidence and discipline they developed has helped them at home and at school."

"My whole family of 6 takes class here. We attend classes from adults to tiny tigers. The owners have been great to work with and have done a great job managing the current COVID situation. They do a great job teaching the kids respect and are active in their progress. Their other instructors have all been great and I am impressed at the level their student grow to when they are active in the programs offered. I would recommend them for all ages. The Krav Maga and other classes have also been great."

"We have tried every "activity" under the sun to engage our 6 year old without success. Legacy ATA is completely different. From his very first class they were not only engaging him physically, but they were teaching life lessons in a way he will understand. Legacy ATA has helped his coordination and balance, as well as his attitude. He loves going to class each week, even knowing that he is going to be held responsible for his actions throughout the week (both good and not so good). The leadership team makes it a point to learn the Kids's names quickly and includes each kid in their interactions while lining up for class. "Fun safe environment for out youngest. Everyone is able to stay far enough apart and sanitized more than once per class. After every class the whole place is wiped down again, and extra time provided between classes so that there is never a crowd. Give yourself a little extra time but the care and attention they give is worth it. The instructors really care about the kids and give them personalized encouragement, while holding them accountable."
